- Chief-Of-Staff: female, gorgeous, mid-twenties, former hooker with a heart of cast iron, used to giving orders;
- Zeke: male, mid-twenties, plump, short, innocent, too creative for his own good, puzzled by life;
- General: female, Asian decent, small, a bundle of frustrated energy, plagued by indecision, just wants to smoke a doobie and get high;
- General Invisible: male (voice only), African-American, mid-sixties, basso-profundo voice, competent and decisive;
